School uniform is compulsory and the dress code for school and physical education is strictly adhered to. All uniform is available from ‘Lee Joy’ in Potters Bar High Street, or ‘Smith’s Schoolwear’ in Enfield.
Green St. Giles sweatshirt, white shirt or polo top, grey tailored trousers or skirt. Grey or white socks, grey or bottle green tights and black shoes.
Summer options – green and white checked summer dress, grey tailored shorts and white or black sandals (low heeled and secure across toes and heels).
All children should also have a named water bottle in school at all times.
Bottle green St. Giles polo shirt and black shorts, white ankle socks and black plimsolls. Juniors are permitted to wear trainers or football boots for outside activities.
One piece swimsuits (no bikinis), or swimming trunks (not loose shorts).
All children will also need a towel and swim hat but goggles are optional.
Hair – where longer than collar length, hair must be tied back in school for reasons of health and hygiene.
Jewellery – earrings, necklaces and bracelets are not permitted for safety and security reasons. Watches may be worn but must be removed for PE. The school cannot take responsibility for any property lost or damaged whilst at school.
All items of uniform should be clearly named.
